OcculTube
OcculTube is a humorous narrative game about Ruby Gloomy, a fortune-telling sorcerer who goes live on an occult streaming platform and tries to earn enough Ether for the most important purchase of his career: the book Exorcism for Dummies.
During the stream, Ruby reads the chat, accepts strange requests from viewers, and helps them with their urgent mystical problems: cleansing an aura, removing a curse, dealing with an entity, predicting love, or at least figuring out why their karma has a bad connection again.
Each request becomes a mini-game: a magical symbol appears on the screen, and you need to trace it as accurately as possible. The better the sign is drawn, the more Ether the grateful viewer will send. Good or bad, Ruby will get his feedback either way. Sometimes the ritual almost works. Sometimes it works in the wrong direction. And sometimes the client does not fully understand what they have summoned.
OcculTube combines narrative, short magical challenges, and absurd humor about esotericism, streams, donations, and people who write in chat: “Ruby, feed the cats!”
